flight manual "flight manual" means, in relation to an aircraft, the flight manual for the aircraft containing, inter alia, information and instructions relating to- (a) the identification of the aircraft; (b) the operating procedure and limitations of the aircraft; and (c) the performance and loading of the aircraft;
